It was registered with the national administrative department for industry and commerce in November 2015 to meet the needs of China's market economy and the development of international trade.

In October 2016, the company was approved by the Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People's Republic of China (CNCA) and obtained the certification license (CNCA-R-2016-273) to carry out certification activities. The scope of business applied for includes quality management system certification, environmental management system certification, occupational health and safety management system certification, information security management system certification, food safety management system certification, hazard analysis and critical control point certification, and various service certifications.

In July 2021, the company passed the review of the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) and obtained sub-item accreditation for quality management system certification, environmental management system certification, and occupational health and safety management system (Accreditation Registration Number: CNASC248-M). In January 2023, the company passed the review of the International Accreditation Service (IAS) and obtained sub-item accreditation for quality management system certification, environmental management system certification, and occupational health and safety management system (Accreditation Registration Number: MSCB-307). In the future, the company will operate as a third-party certification body in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
